Woman denies assisting Old Colwyn murder suspect

A woman has denied assisting a man accused of the murder of David Kingsbury in Old Colwyn.

Susannah Buckley (40) from Colwyn Bay is accused of helping Dean Cody by removing a vehicle after the unemployed labourer was stabbed to death last month.

Cody (30), of no fixed abode has been charged with the murder of Mr Kingsbury – while three other men, Stephen Cody (53), Colin Lyness (30) and Thomas Revatto (50) have also been accused of assisting an offender.

Buckley was released on bail by Llandudno magistrates on Monday. She will appear before a judge at Mold Crown Court on Monday 6th March.
