Two men have been arrested and bailed after a man was attacked in Rhyl town centre last week.
The men from Rhyl, aged 19 and 21, were questioned on suspicion of violent disorder, following a disturbance on Sussex Street in the early hours of last Friday morning.
A man was taken to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd in Bodelwyddan – police said he was in a stable condition and his injuries are not life threatening.
Part of the street remained cordoned off near the Jean Emporium store until Friday afternoon, as crime scene investigators examined the scene of the assault.
Detectives are still appealing for anyone with information to call 101, quoting reference no. U111687.
