#StormGertrude causes travel disruption in North Wales

Storm Gertrude took its toll on public transport on Friday morning.

National Rail reported on their Twitter and Facebook pages that trains would be running at a restricted speed between Bangor and Rhyl due to high winds, causing delays along the North Wales Coast.


Also Arriva buses confirmed that low hanging telephone cables in Gornant affecting the 11G bus service in both direction.


North Wales Police also issued a warning to all people travelling in North Wales with high winds set to continue during the day.
