A sixth person has been arrested after a man was stabbed in West Rhyl.
Five people arrested after the assault on Butterton Road on Thursday lunchtime have been released on bail but remain under investigation.
A local man, who suffered a puncture wound, is now said to be in a stable condition in hospital.
Detectives are questioning the sixth suspect on suspicion of wounding – they say it was an isolated incident and are appealing for anyone who was in the Butterton Road area or the alleyway leading to River Street – between 12.55pm and 1.30pm on Thursday – to come forward.
