Renewed appeal from North Wales Police following Abergele assault

North Wales Police are continuing to investigate the incident where a man was assaulted outside a house in Berthglyd, Abergele, shortly before 6am on Friday 5th January.

Three local men have been arrested and released on police bail pending further inquiries, and two other people remain in police custody.

DI Chris Bell of St Asaph CID said: “Three men have been arrested and released on bail, a male and female remain in police custody helping us with our inquiries at this time. However our inquiries are ongoing to establish the full facts of the events on Friday morning.”

He added:  “We are continuing to appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the assault or who may know anything about this incident to contact Police.”
