An investigation is continuing into the cause of a big fire at a garage in Kinmel Bay.
Nearby homes were evacuated after the fire broke out on the industrial estate in St Asaph Avenue at around 5.45pm on Tuesday evening. The road was closed, leading to heavy traffic in the area.
Six crews from Rhyl, Prestatyn, Abergele and Colwyn Bay were called out to deal with the blaze, which was brought under control within three hours. No one was injured.
Residents were later allowed to go home while crews remained on the scene to dampen down. The road, closed between the junctions with Denbigh Circle and Clwyd Park, reopened early on Wednesday morning.
Investigators returned to the site on Wednesday to determine the cause of the fire.
