A Henllan man has been banned from driving for a year after he was found drug driving for a second time.
Michael Jewsbury had to be cut free from his car after it crashed into a wall in Trefnant on New Year’s Eve – it later emerged he had cannabis in his sock.
The 31 year-old had also been convicted last October of drug driving in St Asaph and possessing cannabis. The defence said he had suffered serious injuries from the crash.
Llandudno magistrates ordered Jewsbury to undergo a drug rehabilitation course for six months and pay £85 in court costs.
