Residents in the Prestatyn area are being invited to have a cuppa with a Copper!

Between 11am and 12pm tomorrow (Wednesday, February 17) members of the local neighbourhood policing team will be at the Café at the Tesco Superstore. There is a welcome for local residents to meet the officers and discuss any concerns they may have or ask for advice.

“The event has been running for a few months now and has been well received by the local community” said local Sergeant Mark Jones. “They are open to everyone and it’s great that people have taken the time to come and see us. As those who have previously visited will know, there is no set agenda. As well as being there to discuss any issues people may have, we are also on hand to offer advice or people are quite welcome to find out more about the work of the local team.”

He added: “The next few events are being held at the Cafe in Tesco Superstore on Parc Prestatyn and we hope to see you there!”

No booking is necessary and there is a welcome for people to come along between 11am and 12pm on Wednesday, February 17. Further sessions have also been organised to take place between the same times and at the same location on Wednesday, March 16th and Wednesday, April 13th.
