Election 2015: Conservatives gain Vale of Clwyd


The Conservatives have gained the Vale of Clwyd from Labour. James Davies has outseated Chris Ruane after 18 years.

James Davies (Conservative): 13,760
Chris Ruane (Labour): 13,523
Paul Davies-Cooke (UKIP): 4,577
Mair Rowlands (Plaid Cymru): 2,486
Gwyn Williams (Liberal Democrat): 915

Majority: 237
Turnout: 62.5%
