Missing Rhyl man found after appeal

A man who disappeared from Rhyl for five days has been found after a police appeal.

Thomas Anthony Barry had last seen in the town last Friday. The 41 year-old was described as around 5ft 8” tall and of thin build with short brown, greying hair. He wearing a dark raincoat and dark tracksuit bottoms and carrying a large black holdall bag.

Officers at Rhyl police station said they were focusing their inquiries in and around the local area, where Mr Barry is a frequent visitor. Within hours of launching their appeal, control room staff in St Asaph reported that he had been found safe.

Police have thanked the public for their help.
