Brazil’s ex-president Lula says he will surrender to police


SAO BERNARDO DO CAMPO, Brazil (Reuters) – Former Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on Saturday said he would surrender to authorities, a day after refusing a judge’s order to start serving a prison sentence for corruption that derails his effort to return to power this year.
